No, every 3DS's NAND (where the firmware/OS is stored) is unique to each unit, and you can't use it on any other 3DS.

Fortunately, no. This is good because it is another way to make piracy more difficult. Lulz

Why, oh why, our moderator overlords, is there not a NO CIA INSTALL 9.3 AND ABOVE disclaimer in this section of the forums, like homebrew and emulators does?
the disclaimer is there when you choose create a new thread
people just ignore it

We have a search function....?

Yeah, apparently there's this little text input box with a picture of a detectives magnifying glass next to it in the top right hand of every single GBATemp user evers' screen.

I've heard you can even type " *search query here* site:gbatemp.net " into google aswell! Technology these days, huh?

It's kind of like the 'chicken or the egg, which came first?' problem i guess.

The noobs can't learn how to use search engines because they can't use a search engine to search on how to use a search engine in the first place.

They will be forever destined to this temporal paradox, starting a duplicate×9999999999 thread is the only way to harness the free CIA gamez

Always the problem when there's a "free solution", I'll admit i've created a thread or 2, just to point me in the right direction though

A few weeks ago I had trouble finding out about sysupdater, as I didn't know it existed and wanted to update to 9.2 but "searching" resulted in outdated information, sometimes knowing the names and terminology is the problem
