Sometimes dlls are finicky. The error code provided was what its error was from so they concluded that the dlls are the problem. Who knows what happened on your end?
I'm not saying that they aren't but what I am saying is that I didn't just put the dll files into random system directories and mess up my system.

I actually didn't. How did I mess up my system when I just downloaded files and put them into just the Citra folder? My system works fine and if I don't have the files in the folder it tells me to get them.
try downloading one of the citra packages with qt, the one >10mb, and put it in a different folder.then test it.if it sks for any dll, post it here.

I use to be able to run this, but I recently formatted and reinstalled a new HDD onto this laptop. My old HDD could run this but now it gives me missing DLL errors. I assume this is because I have to reinstall visual studio since it was wiped? Just want to make sure if installing VS will fix this since I don't want to download and shove DLL's into my HDD without knowing a proper remedy. Thanks for those who will help. :)

no sound no progress

If you think that it's that easy, why don't you implement it yourself? You sound like you have no idea of how any of this works, so why don't you refrain from the negative comments?

The DSP hasn't been properly reverse-engineered yet and until it has, Citra will be prevented from using the DSP. That's also an issue with homebrew currently which is why the CSND has to be used. If I recall, fincs was working on REing it so we'll have to wait for his results.

When I try to run Citra I get an error message that's titled "citra.exe - Entry Point Not Found" and reads, " The procedure point _P__argc could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\xxxxxx\Desktop\Citra\citra.exe."
I'm on Windows 8.1, is there a way to fix this?
