Hardware Good headset/mic for LONG USE (streaming)

Hey

First of all, the mic quality doesnt have to be amazing. I have blue snowball for recording. But the headset mic will be used with games like League of Legends and PC Minecraft.

I didnt do much research before buying it. But GOD IT IS AWFUL!
The mic records like someone is constantly playing violin at the back. And no I didnt have a defective one. Apparently there is some "grounding" issues with that mic, according to google search at least.

The sound quality is great but 1% sounds like 100%. I had to use custom sound eq software to suppress that. I MEAN COME ON! REALLY? Had enough of that, so I returned it.

I dont think I want USB headset anymore after the shit I went through with the Raptor HS40.

Anyway please leave suggestions I guess my budget is £50/$80. Willing to compromise a little.

This is pretty decent. Great comfort.
A bit pricy for the build quality IMO.
So long as you don't smash it it will last at least 2 years.

this is essentially the same thing, but analog.
^ not the best choice, but if you dont care about 7.1 or mute light etc.

Actually close to 3 times the price

I dont know whats happening recently. US to UK price ratio was always off, but nowadays its CRAZY different.

Roccat make some good headsets. I have a Kave 5.1 headset, it's quite heavy (due to having 3 speakers on each side) but is quite comfortable to wear and both the mic and audio quality is good. They make a stereo version of it too, which is lighter and should be more comfortable to wear over time.
