QuickNES is really only recommended for O3DS users. It's a nice emulator, but the name gives away the intended purpose.

None of the cores included in 3DS Retroach will run Arcade Virtua Racing. It uses the Model 1 arcade board.

You can play the MegaDrive (Genesis) version, but you probably need kernel mode to play it at full speed.
You don't need kernel mode on a N3DS, runs perfectly

Edit: actually, the menu is at 47FPS, and occasionally in gameplay FPS may drop down to 55FPS but that's about the worst of it

Aquatic Ruin? Runs fullspeed underwater for me. 10/4 build 3dsx o3ds 9.2. 10/5 freezes when exiting. So try 10/4.

Adventures of Batman and Robin still drops to 48~fps during the fire in the first stage.

Core input remapping on gpsp is incomplete - L and R aren't included as options.

can you please check if the neogeo core now works in n3DS emunand, and if it can load bigger rom files?
(9.5Emunand New3DS) black screen after the 3ds splashscreen. (did let it sit for a couple of minutes)

But I really appreciate you trying to add this even if you don't own a new3DS ! we're really glad to be able to test and help you out a bit, please keep on trying :)

maybe you can ask Smea, he said he'll include something along those lines in the next homebrew loader :)

Or how about you just try to add memalloc in 10Mb increments for us to test ? (not sure if that would work, we would also need to agree/find a rom that fits those needs, how about KOF97?)

Damn guys you don't fuck around do you?
I tried the new gsPS core so I could play some Metroid ZM, is nice to see that it can save now, hopefully it won't have fps drops after playing a while like when it was first out. keep up the good work

I just tried the Mednafed Wonderswan core simply because nobody seems to be very interested in it.

It runs full speed most of the time, which is great. But it seems to run a 75fps despite Vsync being enabled. Presumably this is not supposed to happen. Switching Audio Sync off doesn't seem to make a difference.

EDIT - To clarify. Final Fantasy IV seems to run at 'full' 75fps. Golden Axe fluctuates between 55fps and 'full' 75fps. Disabling Audio Sync can see the framerate peak above 80fps.

All tests are using a New 3DS running 9.5 EmuNAND with kernel access.

well I play Jugement Silversword every now and then, didn't event realise it was too fast since I have to hold the 3DS as a book since the rotate display option doesn't work... (it's a vertical shmup)

Btw, is there a way on that core for that game to use the analog stick for moving and Dpad for the action buttons ?

I used too play it on 360 (in Eschatos) didn't realise it was faster with retroarch^^

I guess you are using the gba bios to get better speed? Are you using 3dsx? I'm getting half the speed on gpsp compared to mGBA.
A few games are faster in mGBA but most are faster in gpSP. Try playing Yoshi's Island in both of them. gpSP gets 60fps, mGBA gets 20-40fps. (Ironhax n3DS)

Ok. I tried Konami Krazy Racers. It was like 25 fps on gpsp compared to 40 fps on mGBA.

Testing on the n3ds

Medabots Metabee Version crashes the whole system about five minutes in...

gpSP cia - N3DS 8.1 emunand
