Homebrew Custom Themes as .cia?

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if it was possible to make a custom theme into a .cia and then install that onto the system so that it can be accessed in the "Change Theme" menu, if it is possible would you mind leaving me some instructions on how to do it?

EDIT: Should mention the themes I want to use were made with YATA+ so they have a body.bin and a bgm.bcstm

Apologises, I'm used to getting answer a lot faster (Temp must be slow today), I've also seen other people do it so I assumed it was okay, won't happen again

I think bumping is fine, but you should wait at least 24 hours.

At this time, I don't think it's possible to make a theme as a CIA.
