Well i'll be more then happy when i can try this out when my 3DS is back from Hardmodding

Can the N3DS XL be hard modded with no prior nand dump from exploitable system version...? If so point'em out

Every 3DS system can be hardmodded
It's only a matter of what NAND dump you could have made before.
If you hardmod your N3DX XL when it's on sysnand 10.1.0-27x, then you can only make a nand dump after the hardmod of thet sysnand version and restore back to it.
Tou can't restore any other NAND, it has to be your own NAND dump, so no you can't restore a NAND duymp from 9.2 from another N3DS XL system to your system.
But, If you where on 9.0 and took the liberty to dump your NAND before upgrading to 9.3 or above or 10.x, yes then you can go back to yout 9.0 after a hardmod with your 9.0 NAND dump

If you can get NAND xorpads you can decypt your NAND and downgrade... But you can't without a kernel exploit so moot point

I thought you were nuts, because you said you had just bought a system with 9.9 earlier and then I heard hard mod the next post.... I was going to warn. I hate that a new exploit hasn't come out for 9.3+ I need 100% speed on my old ass games, I mean don't get me wrong these new games are ok but I'm 33 years old bro. 100% cpu would be love

Be patient, you'll have CFW abilities within a week most likely, if you'd like it to go faster then contribute something codewise, if you don't know anything codewise then, again patience is key
