Are they saved to a server for public and later downloads? And do I have to change the extension from .jpg to.smdh when I select "Save"?

Works perfect for me! :grog:
Could you make a offline version?
Well, there are already two SMDH offline creators, but yeah, I can make a standalone version of mine too (you will still need a web browser though).

They are not saved on cloud, sorry.
When you select save you don't have to change any extension since you are creating a real .smdh after all.

If you want an offline version, just save the page (CTRL ^ S), it'll work offline.

I don't know this, thank you!

An SMDH creator in vanilla Javascript. A true hero you are.

It won't allow me to open or save when I open the html file. It looks like this ^^

when I click the save button, it doesn't do anything.... :(

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

on the online port of the smdh creator... not the download because I can't find the html file in there...

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

do I have to load a smdh file to create a new one???

Use the latest version of Chrome/Firefox, or Edge, for that matter. I'm pretty sure this uses the HTML5 file thing, which isn't supported in some of the less recent versions of Internet Explorer.

I've updated to v1.1 (refresh the site and make sure it shows the latest version). I've added support for IE11 (it should work with IE10 too).

You can create a SMDH file from scratch.

Wow, I had never thought about making an online tool using the basis of an existing one for desktop.
Really great job!
