Is it only one specific game card that has the exploit and
can it be patched by very easily by Nintendo is that why you're not going to show it yet
Just in case it does get patched I wont update from 9.9

Not sure if this is helpful, but I've noticed a lot of updating of git within the last few minutes. That could be the hang up here, so I'm as patient as a man with 4 kids can be.. Lol.
