An idea (maybe repeated): Online stream radio player (compatible with .plc or .m3u list formats).

Unless I'm missing something, it lacks a way to input symbols. So I can't switch channels or input commands. It also appears to have been abandoned.
Oh well, at least we have something. Also, by switch channels, did you mean connecting to them? That's edited in the .settings file included in the download.

I noticed PC-98 wasn't on the emulator list on the first page. No idea if it could run well, or if it's even possible.

Suggestion: "Super Mario Maker 3DS"
Basically a rom-hacking tool for Super Mario Bros. 3 on NES or Super Mario World on SNES, with an integrated emulator for live testing.
Original NES Super Mario Bros. hacking is a pain in the ass as it doesn't let one add objects, it is only possible to change their type/position, definitely not the best game to hack, besides it is really limited.

Right now I have no time to dedicate to that, university takes a lot of time, and I already have a project I work on (3CS2 as I called it), so maybe I'd work on that later (like in months ^-^).
There was a NSMB editor on the ds that is kind of similar to this.

3DSpelunky on my 3DS ;)
