The first backup loader loadiine, currently in WIP, only works from the network for launch small size backups, here is a video:

At the moment, the developer behind this, golden45 don't thinks to release soon because this needs a lot of improvements to really have something usable.

UPDATE:
Loadiine now launch NesRemix

Sorry I don't have the answer to this question, simply because i don't know when it's gonna work, if it's ever gonna work.
This is more a proof of concept that it is doable only with kernel exploit. For the moment I'm only able to launch completely one game (nes remix).

The problem is, so many of us have updated past 5.3.2 thanks to Splatoon and Super Mario Maker. Hopefully 5.4.0 support is not far behind.

I don't think this thread should exist.

Why do you say that?

The problem is, so many of us have updated past 5.3.2 thanks to Splatoon and Super Mario Maker. Hopefully 5.4.0 support is not far behind.

And yet people were warned repeatedly about not updating.

Does anyone have any more details? Is this being loaded off the SD card or a USB drive? Does this only work with 1 game at a time or is there some type of menu? I know this is very very early still, but this is very exciting news.
