I might try hosing an xml on my site which has all the published color schemes to date.

Suggestion: Don't forget to put some commentary line on .xml file with theme name.

I can't do this. I have to ftp into my 3ds then shut it off everytime i want to see a change it is not worth that is what i have

Why do you need to restart? Just transfer the xml, go back into HBL.

I know this isn't a FTP support thread or something like that, but do you have enabled and functional any wifi local connection on both console and PC? Or, really do you have latest modified HBL file (boot.3dsx)? Only for asking!

Yes they are both stable and functional.

Maybe only multi-line comments trigger the problem? Well, for theme tittle it's ok. config.xml is rewritten when saving new configs anyway.
