Smashbroshax is the name, and it works with the cart (or digital) and demo https://github.com/yellows8/3ds_smashbroshax
Information:
-New 3DS only
-Requires Linux to set up at the moment
-Should only be used to install another *hax entrypoint, as it is tedious to set up

How i can install not how i can download
It's on the GitHub. Did you even check it?

1) Download the release archive.
2) Download the otherapp payload to SD "/smashpayload.bin", as described under the "Homebrew Launcher Payload" section.
3) Determine which pcap in the "pcap_out" directory to use, see the "Usage" section.
4) Begin broadcasting the pcap on channel 6 with MAC address "59:ee:3f:2a:37:e0", with the beacon being sent at least 10 times per second.
5) On the target 3DS system, start Super Smash Bros, then goto "Smash" -> "Group".
6) The hax will then eventually trigger on the 3DS system.

Yah don't switch over if you have ironhax just yet. I would wait a bit until this becomes more developed. But if you don't have ironfall then I would try this (everyone should have tubehax though)
If you'd like to test it you can use the demo though. Note the demo only has 30 launches then it won't open. Could we reset that value? I mean we can change the playcoins value.

I don't think we have found that yet but youtube is still a better option
