Homebrew mario paint possibility?

I was wondering if there was a possibility to add mouse feature to a snes emulator for mario paint. I would love that

If you have an n3DS, use that rom hack on the catsfc emulator. It supports all the extra cartridge chips.

The thread is here. Use catsfc for SNES. Please note these only really work on the n3DS.
