What's the word on the update, is it stable this time?

Over on /r/BindingofIsaac people are saying that the game is still a lot more stable and crashes a lot less but there are still some pretty jarring bugs in the game, mainly the inability to unlock the epilogue and you can't unlock

That's not a troll post.
So give me the cookie!

It does.
The bugs remaining:
-random crashes after sleep
-the l*** is not unlockable
-the epilogue too.

So what exactly is he "adding" on to the vanilla 3ds version with this modded version?

And I wonder if it works without issues/corruption, can the upcoming PC ver of "Afterbirth" be modded/injected into the 3ds version?? (assuming 9.5+ keys are not figured out by GW/users)
No. You can only mod as much as the pc version allows without "exe-modding". So I can't add items, new enemies, synergies and so on.

You can mod whatever you want on the 3DS version.
When "exe-modding" is needed on PC, you have to mod the ExeFS too, but you can mod whatever you want.
