Homebrew error when trying to start qr code (cubic ninja)

when I start the game cubic ninja go to qr code I get
An error has occurred forcing the software to close the system will now restart
I have succuessfully used ninjhax 2.1 on my other 3ds both 3ds's have the latest update the only difference is one is new the other is not new
is it because iv got ninjhax on the 3ds that im trying to do it again with the same cubic ninja?
I don't know where to post this so I thought here as it has something to do with homebrew

clear the save (l+r+x+y at the main menu) and scan a new qr code for the 3ds
