Hacking 3DS Gateway Launcher Issue

I cannot seem to find anything on this issue, so hopefully you guys can help me out here.

My issue is that whenever I'm trying to go to the Gateway launcher website, I get this error: "An error has occurred"

This 3DS is currently running 6.3U. I have the launcher.dat file in the root of my SD card.

Edit: I have tried doing the obvious which was clearing history and cookies in the browser.

I'd first check for any errors on that sd card, and then re-write the Launcher.dat. If that doesn't work, try reformatting the card, or a different sd card all together.
In terms of launching, you could also try browsing to this site on your 3ds.

I'm going to go format the SD card again. The link that you did didn't work unfortunately. I still got the same error.
