Hacking Very old FW 2.12 to ?

Hello guys.

I'm am glad that i found this forum after a long research to unlock my Ps vita.

I had purchased a Fat Vita (PCH-1010) and for my surprise it came with FW2.12 installed. But i am really curious to know which version is the best to to upgrade it manually. I want it to run Psone and PSP ROMS, and i saw a lot of peoples saying to install version 3.18, the latest best build available for homebrew and emulation. I know to keep away to the latest one 3.52, but i really don´t want to go to 3.18 and discover that 3.10 was better, since downgrade is not possible.

If some person can please, tell me the best FW to upgrade, it will be very helpful and them i will be able to continue the steps to play the games.

I'd recommend you to ask at the Wololo board since those guys are experts but for the time being. I'd tell you that 3.18 (3.20 = PSTV) is great but then again TN-V11 is even better considering the files aren't renamed to FBOOT but remain as EBOOT.

Still not sure if the compatibility is better on TN-V11 as I can't get Tekken 6 to play on TN-V10 (3.20 @ PSTV) but I won't mess with it for just one mere game when I've got hundreds on it already.

Thanks dude. I will ask them also.....
But as i understand, if i go ahead and use 3.18 i will have TN-V10 right ? and only if i update to a new version (until 3.50) it will be a TN-V11.

finally upgrade to 3.18, but tried so many ways to use vita update blocker but it does not work.....
Someone have any link with explanation?

Edit: Trying to figure out how to run TN-V10 with Patapon..... but i use a Brazilian PSN store... not sure if it will work or i need to use a USA account
