backup your save with savedatafiler and export all your pokemon using PKHEX then just import all of them to Omega Ruby. oing this will keep your original Y save. Dont forget to backup the save and its secure value just to be safe.

What starters? if you need to you can download them online in the PKX format and inject them to you save with PKHEX
