Hacking Updating Games

I want to update Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate but it is a Europe version and I have a US 3ds XL. Is there a way to update? I'm using Gateway on version 4.5.

How do I apply CIA updates? And the link doesn't seem to work.

The link doesn't work because it's not a link. Because we can't link it. You'll have to google it, but it'll probably be located on the same site that you got your MH4U rom anyway.

You apply it like you would any other .CIA file.

I applied the cia file but then when I tried to open the game I got a fragmentation error.
