Yes there is, but it's not an app. You can use the files with an app

You can use go gateway to host multiple exploits?

The setup I currently have using something else, makes me able to choose to launch gateway, cakes, or rxtools.

The same is possible with go gateway?

The Rxtools thread has the guide in it. If you're on 9.x install the 6.x MSET cia, then get the latest rxtools, and the ROP installer. Install the MSET exploit with the browser and youre done.

Simply put mset/rxinstaller.nds in your DS flashcard, then run it and install the exploit for 4.x.
To launch rxTools, open System Settings → General Settings → Profile → Nintendo DS Profile.
