Aha , that sounds hard , but maybe talking with the previous publisher D3 would succes , don't you think ? its the same one that published GEB if i remember
i mean if the petition was headed towards Bandai namco and D3 publisher , we might succeed if they approved it .
we won't know until we try , Digimon got a localization using a petition , why not GE2:RB too ?

Well I wouldn't really get my hopes up for D3 since they probably aren't that much interested with the series anymore. So if you still hope for a localization of GE2 RB, it will probably never hurt to ask others like atlus, nisa or xseed.

Also, I hear "Operation Rainfall" have a high success rate of bringing most JRPGs to the west. Dunno if they take polls for vita games though.

Bro, what you are doing is incredibly awesome. Mostly since for years no one could edit the game, I think you should yes look for translators but not hurry it. You can show a beta version for download with what you have that it's translated and when new Translators pops up, continue the hard work!

is it possible to use scythe in God Eater 2 ? ( not god eater rage burst )
i mean, transfer the scythe data from GE2RB to GE2 ?
so we who can't afford vita or GE2RB can play using scythe too .-.
if it is possible to do that, and you can't do that 'cause copyright and stuff, at least would you tell us how to do it ._.

A harsh but true literal answer is much more better than a lie. We were all noobs at one point, but we also need to understand that if you want to ask for something, don't ask for the impossible. Only ask for something that already exists.

Social graces teaches us to be polite at all times - especially on the internet. Why I say that? Because we have no idea how old is the person we are chatting to. Of course, everyone has their own opinion regarding on how to treat noobs.

I think everyone here practically agrees that the hardest aragami in the game is the Dyaus Pita. You can't even beat it solo. I've beaten my first Dyaus Pita with a Short blade-sniper-buckler set in under 12 minutes.

Erm, in what game actually? GEB or GE2?
The english dub of GEB was okay for me, the only things that made it feel awkward was that the actors pronounced the names wrong, and some of the facial animations were off. They had a star-studded cast too like Crispin Freeman, Yuri Lowenthal, Laura Bailey, Kate Higgins and Karen Strassman.

Hmm Dyaus pita ? i don't remember having problems with it .
mine were like three or four that were almost impossible to kill , Arda Nova , Zeus , and Amaterasu .... these three were HELL ! i don't even remember how i managed to beat them , yes they are rare but they were the hardest .
as for the common ones , Hannibal was the hardest for me , it takes me like half an hour to kill it xD but whateva

Also, I see ppl using the very same excuse about not having money to buy a Vita, as if it were a justification for anything. Well, it's not.

And in the end, they forget that this is a translation project...
