i know that Pasta won't work on that since he is anti piracy and the fact that pasta relies on memchunkhax to boot and needs older firmware. but if there was 9.7 support then i think we have piracy and rom hacking on 9.7 and 9.8 but i am 99.9% positive that won't happen

Pasta and other CFWs not working is purely an issue of firmware, has nothing to do with smealum's stance on piracy at all. Ninjhax 2.0 will basically be like homebrew was before Gateway released 9.2 support, just homebrew, no kernel stuff unless that's part of ninjhax 2.0.

Yeah, I saw that. He also is talking about rom patching and stuff on 9.8. It has been confirmed that extdata_tool works, so play coin setter and themes.

FBI might work to install legit CIAs, that's about it.

FBI can't because it uses Kernal hacks to get it's permission to install. There are no Kernel hacks for 9.3+ so no FBI

memchunks hacks, and several other stuff, which was patched several firmwares ago.

It doesn't appear to be using any exploits judging by the source.
