When I try to dump secureinfo_a it says "cannot read from file!"

Tried newest version 2.6. Initially gives me failed err -2. Then when trying to dump secureinfo_a it just says error, trying with secureifno_b. Then error opening input file.
maybe you have _c? lol
since you are running into problems, i would dump your nand and decrypt it, and extract the file yourself

Yeah, I'm planning on just doing this. Are there any tools that extract the secureinfo from a nand file?

once you decrypt and extract the partition we want it you can simply browse it with a tool on windows. winimage or something.
if you are on mac you can just rename the image to .iso and mount it, very easy.

I guess that's where I'm stuck. "decrypt and extract the partition we want". I have the nand.bin file dumped via the GW menu.

What is the importance of backing up the moveable.sed? Is it just to have for a future system transfer if you swap regions back?

any chance of this being ported to a 9.x downgraded mset? I don't mind if it's unstable, but at least it works

thanks for this, by the way Will this work on my sysnand? if i install all the cia i need for update a region on my sysnand then inject secureinfo on sysnand. so i will have a permanent region change on system menu or it will brick my system?
