It doesn't support emuNAND and requires Cubic Ninja. Also, NTR 2.0 only works on a N3DS

NTR is based on solely ARM11 Kernel access, so no emuNAND support. You're correct - even i do think it has some special abilities. Well..

The patching needed for sm4sh and mh4u to work blocks TWL and AGB usage. So removing those patches gives you back those firms.

I currently own a 9.2(E) O3DS, and I use Ninjhax+PastaCFW to run games (and GBA games too)

Can I manually update to 9.8 (using 3DSNUS), without losing my installed cia's and then use this version of RXtools in the future to load and install .cia's without the need of Cubic Ninja?

launching fbi in emunand work fine for me. i install fbi cia into sd.
