It will allow basic homebrew. Everything still be basic in general. MN1 nwplayer will be still working on the exploit for more advanced stuff. IOSU will take longer since its a full system control rather than loading your own basic code

Browser is updated but OSv11 seems to be untouched. More to come.
Everything updated: version.bin, Wii U Menu, System Settings, ErrEula, Wii U Electronic Manual, the thing with app_type_list.txt and title_id_list.txt, HOME Menu, Internet Browser, and the AOC Overlay App
EDIT:
[7:14:46 PM] NWPlayer123: aaaaaaaand someone made a thread about a new version
[7:14:52 PM] NWPlayer123: I should make a GBAtemp drinking game :P

Damn. So, should we wait to see if it's safe to update?

Also, lol to those who said that the Wii U would never get another update.

So, do we know if it's safe or not? @NWPlayer123 hasn't said anything about its safety yet.
I mean, it updated the Webkit version finally, and patched all of our bugs, so you tell me :P Not that we had any plans to use it anyways. The new plan is probably to finish one of the Webkit bugs we're working on, get code execution on 5.3.2, get kernel exploit up and running, find some new bugs on 5.4.0, and then stockpile a bunch. Only then will we probably release anything. By then there will hopefully be a few good ones. Sorry to disappoint anyone hoping for something at E3.

I assume you know this, but just in case you don't, the wiiumpersonator logs detail, at the end, which files have updated and which remain the same. The files with "Downloading" next to them were updated and the ones with "already in cache" remain the same.

I knew I was wrong to have any hope :(

Then why did you say around E3? Isn't that kinda of getting our hopes up only to have them crushed? You know what? I might just screw it all, give up on ever seeing Wii U hacks in 2015 and update the console to 5.4.0. Every time something's about to be released, something always effs it up.

If you guys aren't sure, then don't announce prematurely. It only gets hopes up, which is bad.
