I did all those steps and i get a black screen on my 3ds saying "An error has occurred"

Sounds like you need the game updates. Does the same for me without updates installed.

Serena mispelled Unova and said Unoca in the beginning before getting your first Pokémon. Hope you can fix it before the next update (or if it was ment to say that).

Fixed for the next mini-update! Thank you for letting me know don't know how I didn't see that when I did a quick run through I must have chosen the female character which uses different lines of dialogue for what the rival says

Yeah haha I was going through all the possibilities and it just hit me that that was the issue. My fault really for not specifying that I'd fixed the issue to those who downloaded early!

Ok gdgd! Also, when you drag it will ask for full or lite version. Click your choice and a bar will appear briefly and will fill up quickly when it's done it'll go back to the main screen of the patcher then you'll know it's been patched

Success, that did the trick using the updated version. Lol laughing so hard at the vodka and how the mom is!
Question the wild pokemon does this mean they're all available in-game?

Glad to hear it hahah she needed some character she was just so damn generic! Also technically yes they all should be in there although I couldn't find suitable locations to place a few legendarys like the 4th gen trio of legendaries I'll find somewhere for them eventually lol. A lot of locations have been redone entirely so they should be much more varied/enjoyable!

Keep me updated on feedback I love hearing what everyone thinks of the hack The majority of legendaries yes but they will be very rare to come across like 1% in the later areas!

For now no but I'm confident we'll make good progress in hacking the scripts of XY soon enough and then I'll be able to convert them into events

Wish I thought of this sooner. Would you be able to redo this as a single version and change the title ID to prevent conflicts with the 1.x updates for the official games? I'm thinking Pokemon Zeta or Zee (get to use the Z without confusion with possible future official release).

sgtkwol It's too far to rebrand now and I do like the fact it's just a name reskin on top of X and Y instead of having it's own title but I am interested in what you're saying about sorting the update conflicts. I don't think Neo X and Y are heavily affect if they updates are installed probably just some text reversal maybe I'm not sure.

Melon__Bread Yeah the documentation isn't very organised and visual at this point for updated typings stats I'll be working on that after I finish with the 'important trainer roster' I'm working hard on which is similar to the gym Leader current documentation but will include ALL the main battles (Elite four, Champion, Rivals, Team Flare battles etc) It's taking a lot of effort but I'm getting there!

When i decrypted the game and rebuilt it the header dissapeared, but i could add it manually, and now i can play online on Neo Pokémon Y!

probably not the best idea to go online with a rom with differences in stats and stuff, they can trace the header that was causing commotion and ban you from online play for months, so the best thing to do is simply go online with a normal rom of oras or x and y

I cannot wait until there is a tile/model editor! Imagine Kanto or Johto on the Pkmn3ds engine! This project is is looking fantastic I really want to play it, but I'm more into the series for its Legendaries Lore so once events can be implemented, I'll be all over this! I'd really enjoy some nifty side stories for the rarer poke'mon, similar to the events found in HG/SS with Celebi.
