I just recently got a New 3DS with a Gateway and I had it all set up, but I was having the issue where I need to unwrap CIA files every time I restart. So I formatted the System memory and it appears I have it working correctly now. The only thing is now I can't run the exploit by going into settings/other/profile/nintendo ds profile, I need to run the Ocarina exploit again. So do I just need to run bigbluemenu or devmenu and reinstall the mset? Do I do that with or without the internal SD card in? Thanks!
Could you check if you have super stable 3d in system settings? If that's the case, you'll need to reinstall the mset.CIA. If you don't have super stable 3d in settings, that means you don't need to reinstall the .cia, but you'll have to install the NVRAM again.
In sysnand? I don't see the setting for super stable in "other settings" when I scroll through the options, that's where it should be?

Formatting the system memory doesn't change the versions of any system apps, so the mset shouldn't need to be reinstalled, but it would wipe out the NVRAM where the Nintendo DS Profile is stored. So all that'd be needed is to install that again, either through the Gateway launcher or through the blue card and GW_INSTALLER.nds.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
