Homebrew Is this possible 9.X CFW real?

has anyone tried using the keys to create a cia file or whatever? i remember when govanify released the cfw and the other key we were able to create patched cia files of lower than 7.x games would this new key allow us to create cia files of greater than 7.x games? so i mean as long as we can downgrade to 4.5 and install cfw and then use the new key to patch games wed be golden? (alebit the 4.5 cfw kinda stinks on boot reliability but still!!)

By looking at his other stuff out of curiosity, I looked at this pastebin -snip-

The last line reads "Build: 1004001000022000.cia" and the first few line refer to N3DS firmware 9.2.0 JPN and "Firmware Update". If you replace the first number of the .cia file with a 0, and search http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Update_Data, you end up with an update for 3.0.0-5, 4.0.0-7, or 5.0.0-11, telling me that he might be investigating how to downgrade the N3DS.



EDIT: The original file in question may actually be patches for a firmware update, possibly to be applied to the downgrade files to downgrade with the correct keyY???

To all the people saying "do it yerself": if it were so easy don't you think that with so many people who want it would have already learned it and done it by now? We're not all MIT graduates with years of software and electronics engineering experience, and mist people in this world are not genetically able to learn any kind of programming language, same as music and art. So many people will waste years and years of their lives trying to learn to play guitar, paint, draw, etc, and they'll never manage anything but a few notes and some stick figures. If you weren't allowed to listen to music or look at a beautiful painting, or hell, play a video game unless you made it yourself; it would feel pretty shitty wouldn't it?

Loading it with brahma fails, because it's encrypted. No use for it unless you magically break the obfuscation
Tested some time ago on both original and new 3DS
