Hacking Dev menu refuses to install system title to emuNAND (Region changing)

Hi

The title says it all. I'm changing region of my New 3DS LL emuNAND to US and having an annoying problem installing those cias from US region (downloaded with 3DSNUS) to my LL emuNAND using dev menu. It says "failed to install" all the time when I try to install those titles. I'm in gw mode of course. Has anyone encountered this problem yet, and if yes, is there any fix?

My N3DS LL is on emuNAND 9.2.0-20J, installing 9.2.0-20U. I'm downloading 9.3.0 for further testing to see if the problem lies in installing equivalent firmware version (but it installed fine ver 9.2.0-20 onto O3DS 9.2.0-20 emuNand). But for now, any help would be appreciated!!!

P/s: FBI doesn't help...

EDIT: Downloaded 9.3.0-20 and installed fine. It seems that installing other region titles on the equivalent fw version doesn't work for New3DS which was possible for O3DS.

EDIT 2: Some titles (3-4 titles) failed to install. Then, when secure info A was swapped, the emuNAND was reinjected into the SD card, it bricked. Black screen...???

Try BigBlueMenu.
But I think some titles will fail to install because they are already up to date.

No problem, but most likely it would've worked anyway -- some titles failing to install doesn't mean it didn't work. It just means those titles are up to date and don't need updating.
That is unless all the titles failed to install for some reason.

Damn! It doesn't work. Some titles (3-4 titles) didn't install, but all installed fine. However, when I extracted the installed nand, swap Secure Info A file, then inject it back, the emuNAND broke, boots up with black screen...
Have you got it working, I mean region swapping for N3DS?

what was your fw version before swapping? And, which version did you install? Any note, change, deletion with the firmware packs? Update, delete... after secure info A swapping?
