Hey again guys, can someone explain to me, step by step what I need to do in order to do the System Setting to run Gateway on the 3DS? I think I know the general idea, but don't want to screw up my device. I know I need to downgrade Sys Settings, not 100% sure how, and I need to install NVRAM.... Any tutorials for the noob? xD

See how easy it was? ;)
Yeah, thanks :P One question, step 6 says:
6) Once installed, boot into Gateway mode and launch DevMenu.3ds from the multirom menu (press SELECT)
Does this mean boot into Sysnand with gateway? (Hold B while booting EmuNand) Or just into EmuNand? Because I separated my Sysnand and Emunand (Take out sd card, Format sysnand, put sd card back in) so...

the instructions an the GW website aren't exactly noob friendly, here is a improved version
1) Copy the Gateway 3DS 3.2.1 ULTRA Launcher.dat to your New 3DS microSD card
2) Copy mset_<region>.cia and bluecardfix.cia to your New 3DS microSD card (where <region> is your console region)
3) Copy “DevMenu.3ds” to your Gateway 3DS microSD card.
4) Boot into the Gateway menu with your preferred entrypoint (Zelda or Cubic Ninja)
5) Select the new “NVRAM INSTALL” option from the menu, proceed with installation.
6) Once installed, Hold B and choose Gateway mode, it will warn you that your are booting into sysnand, press X to continue.
7) launch DevMenu.3ds(do not use bigbluemenu.3ds, this will not work with BBM) from the multirom menu (press SELECT)
8) Start DevMenu and import mset_<region>.cia and bluecardfix.cia from your SD card.
9) Reboot console and verify you can now boot into Gateway mode with the classic System Settings DS Profile method. (Settings -> Profile -> Nintendo DS profile)
10) Enjoy! No more cartridge swapping required to use Gateway 3DS on New 3DS!

this will allow you to use the new gatewayinstaller.nds file on the blue card, so you will technically never need CN/OOT ever again (although they are good to have as a backup plan)

you must install both bluecard fix and MSET downgrade to SYSNAND, so hold B while booting into gateway mode
maybe arrange the icons in such a way inside of sysnand so you can know that you are in sysnand

What does gatewayinstaller.nds? Does it boot into Gateway mode also?

I was reading up (trying to find mset_usa.cia, can't find it, [Is it on the normal "3ds" "iso" site?]) and I found another tutorial, and it said this, does it matter if emuNAND is on the SD card or not?

1. Prepare an empty microSD without emuNAND with Launcher.dat

no, just follow that guide, the "SD without emunand" was only required with 3.2.0, with the 3.2.1 launcher you can boot into sysnand without needing to mess about with extra SD cards etc
