It does, which is why it's odd that only 9.2 - 9.7 is available in the options for regionfour QR code.

Not yet, but this re-uses some of the ninjhax stuff and it uses GSPWN, arm9hax is patched and cannot be used 9.2.0+

Nothing of importance change from 9.0 to 9.2 so it probably would work.

Most probably not, it can only skip updates, but as xenoblade doesn't work on 9.2 on NTR it almost certainly won't work on regionfour as it's just doing the same thing,skipping the update, if the game requires the newer features, it's not going to work regardless

It was partially patched in 9.3.0-X (only system flaws used by ninjhax were fixed, the game haxx itself was not affected).

Once regionFOUR is ready, you will be prompted to insert your out-of-region gamecard. Simply remove the Cubic Ninja gamecard, insert your gamecard and press START.

Pressing button is the same as switching out cartridge, only you need to know what game it mounts, just test it.
