ROM Hack Animal Crossing: New Leaf Save Editor

Can anyone help?
I can't get the hacks to work. I'm on version 9.2.0-11E and I updated it to this with Cooking Mama 5.
My browser version is 1.7552.
I followed all the steps and I can't seem to get the ram file to show up on my sd card.
I have a Lexar multi-use 4GB SDHC.
I don't have a physical copy of the game, just a digital. So I don't think switching SD cards is a good thing to do since I can't access the e-shop to redownload the game? (I bought this 3dsXL acnl edition secondhand so I have no idea how I would be able to re-download it)

Can anyone please help?

9.5 started with 9.5.0.22, according to wikipedia, so I'm pretty sure you're 100% correct

I've read somewhere that 9.5.0-12 is a special version that is distributed via some carts and the browser exploit is fixed in it.

well that sucks for me I guess. Although I don't feel surprised, let it be warned to others that the new SSB comes with 9.5.0-12 and it should be avoided.

Updating via cartridge won't make the browser exploit work, from what we've tallied, because the system version updates, but the browser does not.

Unless a new exploit is found and made available to developers, but it's highly unlikely...

You need an exploitable browser, meaning your version must be 9.2.0-22E (It can be 20 as well I think). You need to run FBI with Ninjhax and install the exploited browser. For this, you need Cubic Ninja.

use 3DNUS to download an exploitable internet browser. Title ID 0004003000009402 (if your 3DS is USA region), Version 4096

If I understand correctly, your current town name is わくわく(Wakuwaku) and you wanna change it to ツナミ (Tsunami), correct ? You want it in Katakana or Latin alphabet ?

update: i downloaded it and have a .cia file, what do I do next? Can't really find an answer anywhere. Or is this only for hacked 3ds'? I have sysnand

Well this may be a problem then, because you need a way to install the CIA file. You can if you are using an original 3ds/3dsxl, but you must downgrade to 4.5, use PBT-CFW to install the CIA I mention below, then upgrade using cooking mama again. But with this method you will lose your acnl save because it's digital :/ If you can borrow a gateway or a copy of cubic ninja however, you can simply install the CIA without all the hassle of downgrading.

For Europe, the title ID is 0004003000009D02, version 4096. Discard the one you downloaded, sorry!

okay so, when i loaded my game up today, it crashed. i thought i could've had something to do with the dates in game and on my 3ds not matching up, so i set my 3ds to the 1st of may, the game loaded, i time travelled to that date, saved, then went foward a day on my 3ds and it was still crashing. i did eventually figure out a work around by dumping on may 1st, going foward a day in system settings then injecting at the loading train thing, but i'm stuck but on may 2nd this time.
i also forgot to mention that now i can't time travel backwards or fowards without freezing at isabelle now.
is there anyway this can be fixed? or could anyone tell me why it's doing this?

So, I'm wanting to edit my player and town names and hoping to put some of the DSi/ Japanese letters into the names. Do I have to convert these: http://pastebin.com/9YpgaY3i symbols to hex? And if so, how would I go about doing that?
And by the way, here are my current player names in hex:

(Idk if i should have spaces inbetween individual letters hex codes or not). Also, will I run into any trouble since all my 3 players all have κίllεr in their names. Maybe, when I edit one, the others characters will change too?
