Hacking Gateway broke Pokemon Rumble World?

So I had installed the CIA for Rumble world, which is a free game. Since we can get on the eshop again on gateway emunand (thank you gateway) I decided to delete it and get the real download (just because). So when I went to delete it I was in classic mode by mistake and my 3DS crashed going to the software. No surprise right? So I rebooted into gateway mode and deleted everything about the game. Now when I download it off the eshop I get a connection error at the end of the download. It's only Pokemon Rumble World giving an error. No other game does. Is it broken in my 3DS now? It will download to 97%, give an error, and then continue to keep giving an error while downloading the last 3% in sleep mode. Can I fix this without reformatting my emunand?

yeah sourcing cia repacked games can be a bit of a issue as they often use the incorrect titlekey which then means you cant re-download it legitimately as it has the wrong titlekey stored in the ticket.db

Anyway to fix it? I deleted everything about the game but it won't let me download the legit eshop download.

Well after searching more I cannot find any way to remove this ticket with the gateway alone. I guess I'll just reinstall the CIA.

Same happen to me with the update of Pokémon Ruby, I installed it in cia time ago and now i can´t download it from eshop.

Try this :
- Take another sd card and do a format emunand on it
- Update the emunand
- Link your nnid
- Download the game
After that, try to redownload the game on your main sdcard, it should work.

I have had that happen in the past, its a corrupt sd card, you will have to format your sd card and start again with emunand etc.. in Gateway mode, just hope you don't have too much installed cause I lost everything, cia's, FCodes, everything! nightmare. You will find in eshop everything you try to download stops at 97% and errors.

I tried that option but found that cia's don't always work and you can't find them all when you most need it, its best to format and get it over and done with because it will come around and bite you in the ass eventually!

Edit:- m8 don't do what I did, make sure you write all your FC's down before you format!

Edit again:- it happened to me back when CN was an exploit for NHax and it would not work on 9.4x or something like that so I tried it before I knew about it and it corrupted my emunand.

The SD card is not corrupt. It's just 1 game that cannot install. It's more likely to be a screwed up ticket for ownership. And yes I have a lot of downloaded stuff. I'll just go back to using the CIA version. It's a free game after all. It's not like it's stealing anyway.
