Hacking Pokemon ruby save files?

I have lost my Digital downloaded ds and got a new one.
problem is i lost my save.

so my question is, can i find someone or some site to offer me there 100% completed for the powersave tool?

i have the cartridge reader and my friends version of ruby he has backed up his save file on my pc.
but now i need a different one to replace his while i transfer it to my DD version(digital downloaded)

A powersaves save file can only be used on the card that it was dumped with.

ah ok so theres no way to make another one work with it from the servers :/
