I just got a 128 GB San Disk for my N3DS, and I was able to run Xenoblade and Smash Bros from the Gateway card, but when I try to run Big Blue Menu in order to install it as CIA, it throws an error at me. I tried installing it on a smaller card and copying the emunand and contents over to the new card, but it didn't take. Anyone know what else I can try?

Just for further clarification, here is my setup:
N3DS with 9.0.0-20U with San Disk 128 GB micro sd card for the EmuNAND (Tried fat32 at both 32 and 64 kb clusters)
Gateway card with 32GB San Disk

Does anyone know if Emunand is known to have problems with larger cards, or if something needs to be done differently?

From what I've read, it can if it's formatted correctly. It works somewhat for me, but I'm having some problems it seems with homebrew applications

BBM can't deal with that much free space. You can use a partition manager to shrink the partition down to 60-70GB or so and as you get more data on it then increase the size of the partition. Alternatively you can load it up with some porn or something temporarily so it doesn't have so much free space.

The card must be formatted FAT32

didnt think the N3DS could use a 128gb card.
Officially both 3DSs do not support the SDXC standard so even 64GB cards are not supported. They work generally but some cards can have issues.

Best comment I've ever read.

I like this one

By the way, for anyone else having my problem, I've given Big Red Menu a shot and no longer have the issue. BBM wouldn't even boot using 128GB SDXC, but BRM boots and installs just fine.
