I like how they try to punish me by telling everyone that many people got banned because of this.
That's not true and I said, that I tried to get into the eshop with the "fake Link" MANY TIMES without getting banned.
I tried it with many NNIDs and none of these got banned yet

I asked him if nintendo answered him. He got a answer, but got not unbanned.
I think nintendo would unban people who only visited the Nintendo eShop with the fake-link but he got banned because a other reason, i guess.
