nope, since it is only playable on 9.4 fw.

Not really, since 9.6 emunand is not possible (likely for a long time) on the n3DS. So this CFW gives you everything you need

Something else: Would it be possible to remove the filter in the webbrowser on JP consoles? Since I cant get on the eShop, I cant pay to remove it :S

NTR2 support for old 3DS isn't a priority because NTR1 supports old3DS, and all plugins come in both NTR1 and NTR2 flavours. Sorry.

No, but you can downgrade to 4.x if you want to use NTR1.

only works on 4.x and you cant play 7.x games on it

I double checked. I also checked the md5 of the launcher, and the version of emuNAND.
