I'm completely new with Gateway and the 3DS, I only had an R4i card for my DSi. Isn't there a tutorial I can watch or some complete instruction for dummies?

No, that won't work on n3DS and it will brick him 100% guaranteed. Why would you even suggest that? There's no reason anyone would want to downgrade to 1.0.

Nope. DS and GBA mode don't work in emuNAND, never have. Something to do with patching TWL_Firm iirc.
I did email gateway about it though and they told me they're working on it for people not using the DS profile exploit so you never know it might be possible someday
I just suggested that it'd be possible (At least on o3ds), to expand my explanation by giving an example. Just to make sure I'd be understood correctly.
I put the BigBlueMenu.cia on the SD card in my DS and the BigBlueMenu.3ds on the SD card in my Red Gateway card. I installed BigBlueMenu with Title Manager. Now I put the 0004800F484E4841.cia on the SD card in my DS and imported it with the Title Manager.
I think I just have to convert .nds games to .cia and import it with Title Manager. If I'm right, is there an easy way to convert .nds to .cia?
Sounds like you are on track. I don't think there is an easy way but have heard it is easier than it used to be. I find the easiest way is to just download already made cia files. Of course not every game is available as cia but most are.
I've been searching for a site to download those, but I can't find any. Do you know one?
But how do I do that? When I put the blue card into my New 3Ds, it says there's an error and I have to shut down the console...

What I did was putting the .cia file of BigBlueBox on the SD card of my New 3DS and the BigBlueBox.3ds on the SD card of my Red Gateway card. Then I started up Cubic Ninja, put the Red Gateway card in my DS, boot gateway mode and installed the BigBlueBox.cia. Next I installed the 0004800F484E4841.cia.
Did I do something wrong?
You didn't understand my post. Did the micro-sd card (the console one, not tge gateway one) you used to install the cia has an EmuNAND on it ? It shouldn't, so if yes, retry with another micro-sd card (with juste the launcher.dat and the cia file)

So I got another SD card and put the launcher.dat and .cia file on it (it made the Nintendo 3DS file itself). This is what's on it now:
When I put the Blue Gateway Card in my DS, it still gives an error
It's working! I had to install the .cia on my New 3DS with another SD card in my 3DS that has not emunand on it. Reboot, and it works!

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
