Possibly it stopped because your SD has not enough space for this file (1,8GB).
Big files like this Xorpad can took alot of time.

My 2DS Nand. I dumped it with the gateway launcher, and dragged the bin onto the py file for the ncchinfo thing

This decryptor can't generate xorpads for NAND images yet. And if it could, you wouldn't use the ncchinfo script for it.

Creating ncchinfo.bin is only for games. If you want to generate xorpads for the NAND you just have to use the option on the menu, you don't actually need a dump for it.

I ran the Launcher.dat on my 3DS, and it said it completed, but I found no .xorpad files on my SD card. Only a file named "s" (no extension) with no Date attached to it. Game: Alpha Sapphire
