installed both python 2.7 and 3.4 and its telling "make: python: Command not found"

are you using windows? if so, that doesn't have 'make', right? or are you using cygwin or something like that?
i'm on mac, it is fine for me.

it does have make. i run make it complies code. it builds .bin then it goes to inject it into the launcher.dat with a python script and it stops there.

Doesn't work (the launcher) It do a gray screen and white screen and that's all

I use the last version but the problem is to the launcher? Because for example, when i use the gateway launcher there are a gray screen then the gateway screen but when i use this launcher there are only the gray screen (and it seems freezed).
I have put the .bin and the launcher but nothing appears.

Maybe because i'm in 8.1-0 ?

IMO this is for 9.x only. The ROP part are the same, but it fails when switched to ARM code, which is, I believe, not there at all.

Oh okay that's bad because i use gateway emunand on 8.1 and there is no game which have 9.x but thanks

"xorer.zip may harm your browsing experience, so Chrome has blocket it."

GRRR!

Edit:
It does not work?
"xorer.exe has stopped working"

Edit:
xorer.exe EKJA.3ds -e 0004000000055D00.Main.exheader.xorpad -x 0004000000055D00.Main.exefs_norm.xorpad -r 0004000000055D00.Main.romfs.xorpad

You don't use xorer on the 3ds file directly. you have to extract the exheader, exefs, and romfs (preferably with CTRTool as 3DSExplorer doesn't always extract certain files correctly for some games) and then decrypt those individually.

since when have we been able to run custom stuff on n3ds?

As far as I know, a very small group of N3DS owners have Ninjhax, so yes (and yes I know xorpads would need a browser exploit :P). However, I haven't heard of any N3DS browser hax yet.

oh yeah i forgot about that! sure but ninjax itself does not allow any thing like xorpad generation, right? just userland homebrew stuff. yeah?

Correct. In its current form, that's all it allows. I don't know enough about the 3DS or reverse engineering to take a guess otherwise though.

Xorpad generation requires access to the cryptography chip that only Arm9 has access to. This requires exploiting and taking control over Arm9. You'll have to wait till Gateway releases support for it because Ninjhax does NOT have any Arm9 access whatsoever. It's just user land right now.
