sky3ds is not region free, if you don't know japanese you can't play many titles

Yeah i know sky3ds is not region free but at least i will be able to play something because right now Gateway is useless for me. Its very easy to play a lot of games in another language , i have played Dragon ball heroes 1 and 2, asphalt, street figher, pokemon, super smash bros......

You do realize that this method is temporary right? Its better this than nothing at all. As for Sky, their past says more than enough for them.

I just bought Cubic Ninja, because as stated in the update post, it should be the next gateway launcher "soon". I was holding off on Cubic Ninja because I hoped that someone would release a 3dsx loader for Gateway, or that 3dsx would die off since it didn't have kernel access; gateway homebrew was better. But now with Karl3DS and Gateway needing cubic ninja (soon), it seems like a good option.

For those not willing to wait the "soon", and half the community wondering/working_on if the loader can work on the cheaper sky3ds cart, it genuinely seems like a good option to buy Sky3DS at this point (if you don't have OOT3D).

Can anyone confirm if 9.5 works in emunand for the new 3ds? According to one of gw's earlier posts, it did not sound like support would happen anytime soon:

You sure that your OOT version is 1.1? Cause mine is a 1.1 (US version) and the game says that my save data is corrupted

Mhm. Keep in mind the save data isn't corrupted; the game loads and the 3DS crashes when it's supposed to. The Gateway menu just won't load.

Whenever I press A in Ocarina of time, the menu doesn't load. The bottom screen turns white, and the top screen freezes, but nothing else ever happens.

I just want to make sure. After you updated emuNAND to 9.5, did you turn your system off and back on to make sure sysNAND was still its original FW?

Zelda 3ds is a good game which some can get pre owned, Gateway card is still cheaper than Sky's so its not a bad deal
