Hacking Help With TCP Gecko dotNet

I've seen the video about TCP Gecko on youtube a while ago. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could build it for mac. I know I could probably just run it using Wine but I always have trouble. Someone else building it for me instead of just building it would be much appreciated, but when the software is updated to add more feature I would have to come crawling back.
