Hacking I need serious help making a CIA ROM

Okay, so I successfully extracted my CIA into the romfs folder, and then I remade it and got romfs.bin

I can't seem to figure out how to turn romfs.bin into the actual CIA. Please help, tutorials, downloads... anything would help.

That requires Gateway. And its way too long. And its not even what I need. I need to make my .cia rom from romfs.bin that I already have.

To make a CIA you need romfs, exefs, exheader and a rsf file.

For future reference, you might want to look into 3ds Lazy. it's more or less a frontend for all the tools and scripts you need to run against a rom to generate a working .cia. It's not perfect (for example, it doesn't deal with card2 games correctly last I checked) but it's significantly easier than dealing with a heap of different scripts to get a working output.
