The only thing I see different is Krystal's eyes blink in the J version while no eyes blink in U version.
If you want you can audio swap ... oh wait hmm..
I do not know if anyone is interested enough to do this project.

Uhhhhhh, maybe take a closer look at the video. There's a good amount of differences other than just blinking eyes

BTW , I have japanese star fox adventures, I know this only have eglish+dinosaur planet(lol) Dubs in both versions, but the game boots in english on a englsh system, and I herd that suer that have the englsh game and play it on a japanese system, the game boot it in japanese as well
And thinking about sonic heroes that you can play in englsh with the japanese version, but only the japanese dub (or vice versa), maybe if you try this starfox on a englsh system the game language do't boot in englsh, with the original audio? õ3o

Adventures is simpler though. People readily dump stuff like audio from the ROM with ease. The audio from Assault hasn't successfully been dumped yet (not to my knowledge anyway).

I mean, not even the japanese star fox adv have japanese audio, bot have englsh, but the game launch on the language of your system (My game is japanese and , with region free XD, I play in englsh on my US wii) I wonder if assault would work as well

My US Wii is hacked, so it's region free. The Japanese Assault ROM plays just fine on it, though to be honest I mostly play it with Dolphin.
