It can't be for ninjhax. Unless someone knows how to recompile ninjhax programs for arm9, then it won't work.

There was a arm9 nes emu iirc. It has the rom inside it.

What's in the zip

* blargSnes.3ds -- 3DS ROM. Useful for Gateway.
* blargSnes.cia -- Installable version
* blargSnes folder -- files for use with the Homebrew Launcher
* blargSnes.elf -- ELF file. May be useful for alternate homebrew loaders. Provided for the sake of completeness.

.3ds usefull for gateway? so ya can be used with out ninjhax

All im finding is .3DSX

All of this is like a Deja-Vú.

When the first launcher.dat files surfaced when the first mset exploit released, all of them were like this, ARM9 homebrew on bare metal .

it says it neesds ROPLader installed the ds profile hack tho. if you can get that te3ds working why not get the ROBLoader file that will install that ds profile hack working.

ROBLoader is a Launcher.dat file

this homebrew is arm9 code. so that might work.

this homebrew is arm9 code. so that might work.

Now, this homebrew looks great!

Going to update the front post now. With the first working launcher!
