I got mine before christmas, sent by ChinaPost from EachMall
Still not here.

Thing is, when they say "SHIPPED", its not really shipped.
They simply create a shipping order.
When they say "track in 10 days, because details wont be available straight away", you should know that doesnt sound normal.
Everything nowadays is electronic. IF item is truly shipped, the tracking status should be updated by at least one stage.

Once shipped, it can take between 5-30 working days.
I have had orders arriving within 5 working days and some didnt arrive within the given time frame. Got refund and TWO months later, it arrives lol

When you received your tracking number at first, did it show anything?

because, when you get a tracking number from them, usually nothing shows up for up to 10 days. That is because they never ship it out. As I mentioned, they only create the shipping order.
As for your order, everything from china gets inspected by Chinese customs. Chinese customs are strict.
The status means, the shipment has been prepared/sent. It will go through the customs before leaving China/Hong Kong. Which than changes to "Item has left Country for its Destination United Kingdom" or something along those lines.

The Chinese customs is a lenghty process. I have had items that have been checked by the customs SEVERAL times.

I ordered a E-photo frame. Customs checked it in Shanghai and then again at Beijing before it left the country.
But dont worry, customs wont seize anything unless its suspicious and prohibited.(DW they wont bother blocking flash carts)
Customs just delay things

What that means is, item is still in china or has left China.
But hasnt arrived in the UK.
usually after arriving here, it takes from 1 to 5 working days to be delivered.

LOL your Location "country" photo isnt showing up for me. I assumed you are from Northern Ireland.

Your tracking means it, the item hasnt arrived in Ireland yet :)

Northern Ireland don't even have their own flag, they use whichever suits their political agenda.
Might be a good start to make one of their own.

Good to know my gateway may or may not be in China or Ireland :P
I thought I was getting somewhere a few posts before.
It's either just sitting in a room, or in someone's pocket who is in Russia right now, walking his way to Ireland.
