yes i think some chinese hackers can run code too, but not nand access, or something like that.
i hope soon we can have the 4.x decryption goodies on 9.x

"Soon" for that might be a bit hopeful, depending on how tight Gateway's obfuscation is vs how determined people are to crack it open and make its exploit usable.
A few people in #3dsdev have already almost if not completely broken it, but only because they've had practise reversing Gateway's previous launchers and the process is mostly the same for each.
