Yeah definitely incorrect information, if you end system settings and then exit to homepage it actually takes you out of emunand. DO NOT UPDATE VIA SYSTEM SETTINGS.

Any real updates for those are already on 4.5? This update is not a update for me.
It add nothing usefull for those who got 4.5 already. No savedata conversion, no 3ds/3ds simplified sizzle, no simplified cia sizzle. Nothing for earlier adopters is in this update.

It's not supposed to add anything for you, it's supposed to support more people.

4.5? You can still use the old method through Nintendo DS profile... you could have installed emuNAND before this update.

guys i need help i put the gateway card in my 2ds and loads the rom menu when click the game it boots the game boot is stuck in a loop.i tried on my brothers 3ds xl and loads perfect.help please

I just updated Emunand through system settings and now I have 9.2 sysnand and 9.4 emunand.

This is how it's always supposed to be done, updating through eShop was never recommended.

Updating mine through system settings now.

The 3DS is a portable, and this solution limits it mostly to home use.
