*puts tin foil hat on* We also thought that the switch to Mii Maker was just an accidental button press, and turns out the exploit really does use it. Maybe nothing in the video is by accident. *takes tin foil hat off*

The Stage 1 was already launched on this 3DS, they may have loaded the exploit onto it with a different method, I believe she did press the button on accident, it may just be a coincidence. When she brings it out of suspend, it's already enabled to load the Gateway card because it was never shut off after Stage 1 was loaded.

True, coincidences happen. I was just having a bit of fun playing conspiracy theorist. My previous posts have been too rational for this thread. I'm sure that if Gateway had an actual release date they would share, they've just been poor at handling the fact that they can't predict when it will be ready.

Out of curiosity, have you managed to keep your beta-test 3DS in gateway mode up until now, or did you eventually have to turn it off and are waiting with the rest of us to have it again?

That reocites page has no proof of 'scamming' or anybody else's disputes against gary.

Hell, it doesn't even have a story about how he was 'scammed'. That's a pretty pointless allegation.

Anyhow last update I had from GW was about 5 hours ago. When asking "What's happening you guys been quiet?" Reply was, "All is ok, working on release". Nothing more, nothing less.

Roll and rock everyone. Will update when I know more, or when the rockets are being refueled for the big 3.0 launch which still can happen anytime between now up until the end of Sunday (in their timezone, pick one as it is spread over 4 different zones), hopefully an act of nature does not move sunday to a new slot in time.

Did you figure out how its functionality will work (as in going into Gateway mode and such?)

Probably 17 days since they formatted that specific 3DS since it askes you the date when you set it up - and defaults to 1/1/XXXX
