Different countries have different circumstances. Older software may be just as unobtainable/expensive as newer software in some places. Regardless, you need to learn that there is no moral high ground in this issue. What you're really saying is that other people shouldn't have access to the same entertainment you do, and that's just as "evil" as the piracy you claim to be above.

No you don't. The games for it sucked, even back in the day. Everyone was all excited about Dragonstomper, but even in a day where games were unfairly difficult all you ever did in that game is die... Think Rogue/ADOM where no matter what you do the first creature you fight kills you... EVERY TIME!

The only cool thing about it was if you had a dual cassette deck you could copy the tapes w/ it.

Really, just download them from somewhere and play them on Stella. You'll find out I'm right.

If you want a kick ass 2bit RPG get AD&D - The Treasure of Tarmin on the Intellivision... But don't get your fix on the DS w/ Intellivision Lives to do it. They cut off a good portion of the bottom of the screen, and it has critical info there that when gone ruins the game.

im saying that entertainment is a luxury you dont have a right to. the same goes for me. if i cant afford a game, movie or whatever, i dont download it, i wait. or i dont get it at all

I've only bought 2 of the games on my steam. Granted I only have ~15 games, but they're all legit-ly owned. No piracy either.

I don't know how Bortz operates because I've been gone for for a long time. What I can say is that he's a good man, honorable and true, and I respect his decisions on the subject.
If this is the conversation that is brewing just beneath the polite surface, then by all means, say what you need to.

First and only flashcard I had was the M3 DS Simply back in like 2007? I remember asking my older brother to order it for me since I was like 15 and it costed $40 haha. Still works actually, using Wood R4. Would use it to finish some games I never got to play but my phone with DraStic does a good enough job

Pretty impressive. I only have ~70 games on Steam. I used to pirate all of my games. These days I'm in a better position and I'm going back and buying all of the games that I loved but couldn't afford in years past.
